We are in this together. I recognize that there are so many things that can get in the way, and life tends to carry on day-to-day while we repeat habits that we seek to change. However, I also know that, with a little help, people create lives that are fulfilling, have purpose, and bring them so much happiness.
I have a doctorate in counseling psychology and over a decade of experience assisting people who are ready for change and growth, but unsure exactly how to make it happen. I offer the tools, insight, and guidance that will get you on track to creating a life you love.
